[Cap.Jang News] 30.Korean Government fooled a minority group in Indonesia (韓国政府、少数民族を馬鹿にする)

2009 Korean Government suggested Chiachia people (a minority group in Indonesia)
to learn Korean letters, Hangul. Also The Government promised to support them financially.

But Korean Government started that from 2011 later, and it was stopped twice.
In 2014,  Korea quit managing the Hangul school just to save $50,000 annually.
